The pool area was lovely, i used the pool twice ! the hammam and sauna were good after sightseeing all day. the location was great. Lovely local shops and cafes are within easy walking distance.
the room was not made up one day, and the coffee maker was broken. they replaced it quickly.

The breakfast had a great selection, and i loved it! there was an abundance of cheeses, juices and bread. The service was really nice, and i felt very comfortable.

The hotel includes a pool and spa. Access is included. the jacuzzi in the pool was very fun, and the staff were very helpful. the windows had a great view!

the staff was friendly and accommodating they met all my needs. i definitely will come back to this place.
the water for drinking was not free i wish i knew this information before.

the reception staff are amazing they are very friendly and supportive. breakfast service is also excellent with fresh options. the hotel is keen to assist guests so they feel comfortable.

the hotel provides easy access to different metro lines for tourists. there are safe neighborhoods near the hotel with dining options. getting around is very convenient from this location.

the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i especially loved the junior suite pool access i booked. it had a huge rooftop terrace great for enjoying the city views.
the hotel charged a high fee, yet it didn't provide slippers.

the double room felt way too small. i think they might have shrunk it overnight! also, the cucumbers at breakfast tasted spoiled, seriously!
